• Bachelors Degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the oil and gas industry preferably in LNG industry.
• Background in Oil and Gas projects or large infrastructures projects.
• Conversant with software and applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PIMS, Systems Completions.
• Good communication, organization and expediting skills.
• Ability to establish good rapport with the PMT and EPC-1 Contractor to build trust.
• Organized, patient, flexible and adaptable.

• Data analysis and preparation of graphics, reports and presentations to support EPC-1 PMT and senior management in decision making.
• Collect, compile, organize data for input to various reports and presentations.
• Manipulate and manage project planning data e.g. cost, progress, manhours, manpower and other resources, commodities and quantities, productivities, performance metrics and KPIs, etc.
• Produce reports comprising narratives and dashboards of various charts, histograms, graphics of EPC metrics and KPIs demonstrating planned vs. earned and actual progress achieved. variances, trends, opportunities, risks, issues, and criticalities.
• Proof reading to spot errors and correct to ensure accuracy and integrity of the reports.
• Assist in reviewing cost related submissions from the EPC-1 Contractor

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Qualification: Engineering degree in Material and Corrosion Engineering.
• Experience: minimum 10 years' experience, in Corrosion engineering and material selection in offshore Oil and Gas industry.
• Corrosion engineering qualification (NACE or other certificates will be advantage)
• Engineering experience is required on wellhead platform, topsides, structure, piping, pressure vessels and practical knowledge of applicable codes and standards such as EN, ISO, ASTM, NACE and SSPC
• Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus, and with relevant codes and standards,
• Language: fluent English,
• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.

• Bachelor degree in Management, Engineering or Construction discipline however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
• 15 years' experience with 10 years at the senior project engineering / engineering supervision level with overall responsibility for engineering execution. Broad and extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, appropriate safety criteria, offshore facilities & structure design, construction, operations and engineering administration.

• Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent, however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
• 15+ years' of relevant experience as Engineering Manager, in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.
• Previous knowledge of Brownfield engineering and execution required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
• Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications
• Good knowledge of electrical, instrument, telecom, piping and mechanical equipment

• BSc in Engineering or similar, however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
• Minimum 15 year experience on OffShore/ Yard Topsides/Wellhead Engineering and Fabrication. Minimum 15 years experience in multidiscipline design, fabrication, installation & HUC of Offshore Facilities
• Knowledge and/or Experience Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds.
• Worldwide experience with contractors in particular those involved in the construction of Offshore LNG production facilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT
