• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering Discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years proven successful experience in relevant instrumentation and systems engineering within the Oil & Gas, Fertilizer or Petrochemical Industry (references to be provided with Contact information).
• Should have a very good English communication & Technical Report Writing Skills.
• Good knowledge of the types of instrumentation drawings and documents and document process control and storage.  
• Good knowledge of engineering management principles and practices, safer design and safe and reliable operation of facilities and assets; reduce risk to personnel, assets and the environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years direct and relevant experience working within the Fertilizer, Petrochemical or Oil & Gas Industry.
• Understand the codes and standards for electrical engineering in oil and gas facilitates.
• Know earthing, cathodic and lightning protection systems; know contract provisions, stipulations and electrical code requirements; inspect and commission electrical installations.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant discipline.
• 7 years direct and relevant experience.
• Solid experience of construction project management, cost, time, quality, safety management principles and contract administration structure.
• Experience in coordinating pipeline construction and installation; know how to follow pipeline construction procedures.
• Having knowledge and application of specifications, requirements and theory of operation of static equipment.
• Experience in preparing, gathering and evaluating technical bid requests, select contractor based on technical evaluation and negotiate contracts. Maintain proper business relationship with contractors.
• Experience in managing vendors, contractors and subcontractors to ensure that they meet the performance standards for construction activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Commerce, or relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years direct, relevant and proven successful experience in similar role within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or large manufacturing industry.
• Know the main contracts and procurement (C&P) application software, databases, web-hosted services and e-commerce services (Information Technology (IT) and Information Management System (IMS) tools) available to manage and support contracts and procurement business activities.

Key Accountabilities:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering and have special training in basic NDT techniques, holding official certificates in UT and RT, ASNT level II.
• A minimum of 7 years direct and relevant experience from a large chemical plant, preferably Ammonia and Urea fertilizer plant.
• Capable of reading P & ID’s and isometric drawings
